Handcrafted Nature: Since our jewelry is handcrafted, minor variations in design, color, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects but are marks of authenticity.
Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within the timelines specified on the product page.
While we strive for timely delivery, Padmini Haus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or clearances.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations: Must be requested within 1 day of placing the order. Once an order is shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
Reporting Issues: Damaged, defective, or "not as described" items must be reported to pdminihaus@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 2 days to the original payment method.
